Billiard Factory

Let's start by saying this was a purchase of a lifetime for my hubby and I with purchasing and custom tailoring our first Billiard Pool table to our new home. NOW, I want to give the BIGGEST, KINDESS AND MOST GENUINE THANK YOU to RYAN L. @ The Billiard Factory of Scottsdale. Ryan helped guide us through what we thought was right for us into giving us huge knowledge on the differences of items and the importance of getting it right. Thanks to Ryan L. being so skillfully grand at what he does and perceptively keen on what our “wish list” entailed we were able to curate the most stunning pool table together and we can't wait to get it White Glove Installed within the next 2 weeks. THANKS again endlessly Ryan for all your ABOVE & BEYOND efforts to ensure we got what we wanted for our game room. We look forward to working with you again very soon and also to update this review once it's delivered as well with a time-lapse of the beauty that awaits us!

Mark was incredibly knowledgeable about the different options, took the time to understand my needs, and guided me to a selection that fit the style and need for my brother’s Christmas gift. His patience and friendly demeanor made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Mark Stoller, a sales associate who truly impressed me with his in depth knowledge of billiards. When I visited the store to design my recreation game room, Mark was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. His insights into various aspects of billiards were invaluable, and I was amazed to learn that his knowledge extends back to 1880 in billiard history. I highly recommend The Billiard Factory for any of your billiards or game room needs.

Rusty (owner) and Chris were totally rad! I’ve been eyeing a standup arcade for a while. I went in a couple of times to play around with their arcades, and they were welcoming and helped me come up to speed on all arcades in their store, as well as arcades in general so I could make an informed decision. When I decided to go with a Diamondback Billiards arcade, they were absolutely awesome in helping me pick the right one for my family, configure it, and arrange for white glove delivery service. Great product, price, experience!!! Thank you guys.
